Professionals from Semper Consulting joined colleagues from across the country in Houston for two days of development, recognition, and networking.

As a veteran himself, President Tyler Lozier has a strong connection to conversations surrounding military service and its influence on leadership and professional development. Although Tyler was not in attendance at this year's conference, the session reflects a topic he has historically been involved in and one that aligns closely with Semper Consulting's appreciation for the discipline, leadership, and perspective veterans bring into business.

Saturday continued with a campaign meeting, where attention turned toward performance, progress, and what lies ahead. Top performers and sellers were celebrated, giving attendees a chance to recognize the results of individuals who demonstrated strong performance.

The day continued with a general session featuring speakers, panel discussions, additional honors, and celebrations for leadership reaching significant promotions. Attendees then transitioned into role-specific breakout sessions, with participants placed into rooms that best aligned with their positions and responsibilities.
